BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby changed as follows :
R 76 - 11 described as follows :
A part of the NE/ 4 , SW/ 4 , and part of the NW/ 4 , SW/4 ,
Section 35 , Township 17 North , Range 30 West , more
particularly described as follows : Beginning at the
SW corner of the NE/4 , SW/4 of said Section 35 , and
running thence South 89 degrees 58 ' West 765 . 87 feet ;
thence North 4 degrees 32 ' East 749 . 75 feet ; thence
South 79 degrees 20 ' 20 " East 291 . 12 feet ; thence
South 88 degrees 33 ' 40 " East 1028 . 04 feet ; thence
South 4 degrees 33 ' West 669 . 08 feet ; thence South 89
degrees 58 ' West 554 . 13 feet to the point of beginning
and containing in all 20 . 88 acres , more or less .
From A- 1 , Agricultural District , to R- 2 , Medium Density
Residential District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the ne -
cessary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed .
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the time provided by law .
