ARKAIISAS ALMA UUMEYER WHEREAS , parties claiming to be the owners of a m£1. joi?lTtq_ EM� in assessed value of the property located within the territory hereinafter described have filed a petition praying that an improvement district be established for the purpose hereinafter set out ; and WHEREAS , after due notice as required by law , the Board of Directors of the City of Fayetteville has heard all parties desiring to be heard , and has ascertained that said petition was 'signed by a majority in assessed value of the owners of real property within said territory . NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS : Section 1 . There is hereby established an improvement district embracing the following described property for the purpose of grading , draining , curbing , guttering , widening , side - walking , and paving Old Farmington Road from the East right of way line of Sang Avenue to the West line of said following de - scribed property in the manner and with the materials commissioners for the district shall deem for the best interests of the district : A part of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 18 , part of the North- east Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 19 , part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 20 , and all of the Southwest Quarter of the ' Southwest Quarter of Section 17 , all in Township 16 North , Range 30 West , of the 5th P .
