AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF FAYETTE -
VILLE , ARKANSAS , DESCRIBED REZONING PETITION R76 - 10 ; AMENDING
THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF AYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of thejbl� wmmg �D
described property be , and is hereby changed as follows; ' -'r.t
R- 76- 10 described as follows :
Root Elementary School Property located South ofm^ J) � r-'3 M

Highway 45 (Mission Boulevard) and East of Eastiagod=,
Drive , more particularly described as follows : Part Lo
of the NE/ 4 NE/4 , and part of SE/4 NE/4 , Section 10 ,
Township 16 North , Range 30 West , more particularly
described as follows , to-wit : Beginning at the SE
corner of the NE/ 4 NE / 4 and running thence South 160
feet ; thence West 500 feet ; thence North 513 . 3 feet ;
to the South right-of -way line of State Highway 45 ;
thence in a Northeasterly direction with said right -
of-way line approximately 543 feet to the East line of
the NE/ 4 NE/4 , Section 10 , thence South with the East
line of said 40 acre tract 547 . 3 feet to the place of
beginning , containing 7 acres , more or less .
From R- 1 , Low Density Residential District , to P - 1 ,
Institutional District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas be and is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the ne-
cessary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or ;tarts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed .
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the time provided by law .
