AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY IN TI4,cg2T,YC 'OF �_FAMBTTE -
VILLE , ARKANSAS , DESCRIBED IN REZONING PETITION R7%6 -9 ; ' rAMENDING
THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS`" AND.-r R" OTHER
PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby changed as follows :
R76 - 9 described as follows :
Part of Block 23 , Original Town Plat , Town of Fayetteville ,
more particularly described as : Beginning at the SE corner
of said Block 23 , and running thence North 108 feet along the
West right-of -way line of School Avenue , thence West 90 feet ,
thence South 108 feet to the North right-of-way line of
Mountain Street , thence East 90 feet to the point of beginning .
From R- 0 , Residential-Office District , to C - 2 , Thorough-
fare Commercial District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the ne -
cessary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed .
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the time provided by law .
