THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ; AAND•;,FOR OTHER
PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby changed as follows :
R76- 8 described as follows :
Part of the NE/ 4 of the SW/ 4 of Section 9 , Township 16
North , Range 30 West , described as beginning at the NW
corner of said 40 acre tract , and running thence South
500 feet ; thence East 420 feet ; thence in a Northwesterly
direction 570 feet to a point on the North line of said 40
acre tract , which is 260 feet East of the NW corner of
said forty acre tract , thence West 260 feet to the point
of beginning . Subject to easements for roads , drains and
utilities ' .
From R- 3 , High Density Residential District , to R- 0 ,
Residential-office District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the ne-
cessary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed .
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the time provided by law ,
