AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AND CONFIRMING THE DEDICATION OF
STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY BY JOHN D . ANDRE AND NANCY A . ANDRE .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the Board of Directors hereby accepts
and confirms the dedication of street right -of -way by John
D . Andre and Nancy A . Andre . A copy of said dedication ,
marked Exhibit "A " , is attached hereto and made/ a part hereof .

E A S E M E N T
KNOW ALL 14EN BY THESE PRESENTS :
That the undersigned grantors for the consideration of One
Dollar ( $ 1 . 00 ) and other good and valuable consideration to them
in hand paid by the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a municipal
corporation , the grantee , the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged ,
does hereby grant , bargain , sell and convey to the City of Fayette -
ville , Arkansas , a municipal corporation , a perpetual easement
for the purpose of constructing , maintaining , repairing and replacing
a public street and utility lines , towit :
Forty ( 40 ) feet of equal and uniform width off the East
side of the following described • property :
Part of the Southeast Quarter ( SE - 1/ 4 ) of the Southeast
Quarter ( SE - 1/ 4 ) of Section Twoin Township Sixteen North
of Range Twenty West , being more particularly described
as follows , to-wit : Beginning at a point which is 638
feet South of the Northeast corner of said 40 acre tract ,
and running thence South 177 feet ; thence West 417 feet and
4 inches ; thence North 177 feet ; thence East 417 feet and four
( 4 ) inches to the place of beginning .
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said premises to said grantee , the City
of Fayetteville , Arkansas , for the uses and purposes hereinbefore
described .
