OF WALTER S , ROBINSON , JR . FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IN
BLOCK OF NORTH LEVERETT STREET ; AND ACCEPTING AND CONFIRMING
THE DEDICATION OF STREET RIGHT -OF-WAY .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the Board of Directors hereby •approves
the large scale development plan of Walter S . Rob'inson , . Jr . '
for property located in the 1500 Block of North L"eveieEt
Street , conditioned upon the developer making adequate, pro-
vision for the control of storm water drainage .
Section 2 . That the Board of Directors hereby- accepts "
and confirms the dedication of ten feet of street right-of -way
on Leverett Avenue by Walter S . Robinson , Jr . A copy of said
dedication , marked Exhibit " A " , is attached hereto and made
a part hereof . �///

to them in hand paid by the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas ,
a municipal corporation , the grantee , the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged , does hereby grant , bargain , sell and convey
to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a municipal corporation ,
a perpetual easement for the purpose of constructing , maintaining ,
repairing and replacing public utility lines , -to-wit :
Ten ( 10 ) feet of equal and uniform width off the North
side of the following described property :
Part of Lot Numbered Twenty-five ( 25 ) of Evin ' s Farm , as
per plat of said subdivision on file in the office of
the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Washington
