AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY IN THE CITXRiOV;i3, AVETTE—
VILLE , ARKANSAS , DESCRIBED IN REZONING PETITION AtA ](`;7LAMEg7PING
THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSASIP'W96 VOiKOTHER
PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby changed as follows :
R76 - 1 described as follows :
A part of Block Number 34 of the original plat of the
City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , described as beginning
at a point which is 212 feet East of the Northwest
corner of said block and running thence South 113 feet ;
thence East to the East line of the aforesaid block ,
thence North to the Northeast corner of said block ,
thence West to the place of beginning .
From R- 0 , Residential Office District to C - 2 , Thorough-
fare Commercial District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the ne -
cessary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed .
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the time provided by law .

1, I hereby certify that I
am the Publisher of THE NORTHWEST ARKANSAS TIMES, a daily
newspaper having a second class mailing privilege, and being not less than
four pages of five columns each, published at a fixed place of business and at
a fixed ( daily ) intervals continuously in the City of Fayetteville, County of
Washington, Arkansas for more than a period of twelve months, circulated
