BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Section 6 - 47 ( a ) of the Fayetteville Code
of Ordinances is hereby amended to read as follows :
Sec . 6 - 47 . Prescribed - for construction , alteration
or repair permits .
( a ) On all buildings , structures or alterations
requiring a building permit , as set forth in Section 105
of the Building Code adopted by Section 6 - 34 , a fee shall
be paid as required at the time of filing applications ,
in accordance with Appendix "M " , Section ( a ) of the
Building Code , as amended .
Section 2 . That Section 6 - 48 of the Fayetteville Code
of Ordinances is hereby amended to read as follows :
Sec . 6 - 48 . Same - for moving permits .
For the moving of any building or structure , the
fee shall be as set forth in Amendment "M " , Section ( b )
of the Building Code , as amended .
Section 3 . That Section 6 - 49 of the Fayetteville Code of
Ordinances is hereby amended to read as follows :
Sec . 6 - 49 . Same - for demolition permits .
For the demolition of any building or structure
the fee shall be as set forth in Amendment "M " , Section ( c )
of the Building Code , as amended , except that no permit
shall be required to demolish residential buildings ,
residential garages or residential storage buildings .
Section 4 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed .
