THE FAYETTEVILLE CODE OF ORDINANCES TO INCREAM§'° THEDFEEBN " TY

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Section 8 -18 ( 1 ) of the Fayetteville Code
of Ordinances is hereby amended to read as follows :
( 1 ) Schedule of electrical permit fees :
( a ) Meter loop service ( new or remodeled ) ,
$ 8 . 00 .
(b ) From one to five openings , inclusive ,
$ 8 . 00 .
( c ) From six to ten openings , inclusive ,
$ 11 . 00 .
( d ) For each additional opening above ten
openings , $ . 15 .
Section 2 . That Section 18 - 18 ( 3 ) of the Fayetteville
Code of Ordinances is hereby amended to read as follows :
( 3 ) Concrete floor buildings . An additional
electrical permit fee shall be charged by the
City for buildings having concrete floors which
will have electrical conduits installed under the
concrete floor . The additional electrical permit
fee shall be $ 8 . 00 for each floor of the building .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed .
