AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY IN THE CITY'ROF FAYETTE -
VILLE , ARKANSAS , DESCRIBED IN REZONING PETITION R75 - 26 ; AMENDING
THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby changed as follows :
R75 - 26 described as follows :
A part of Block Forty ( 40 ) in City of Fayetteville
beginning at a point which is three hundred fifty
eight and one-half ( 358 - 1/2 ) feet South of the North-
east corner of said Block 40 and running thence South
eighty six and one -half ( 86 - 1/ 2 ) feet to Northeast
corner of lot conveyed by H . M . Hudgins to H . M . Powers ;
thence West one hundred sixty two ( 162 ) feet , eleven
and one-fourth ( 11- 1/4 ) inches ; thence North eighty six
and one-half ( 86 - 1/ 2 ) feet , more or less , to a point
due West of the beginning point ; thence East one hundred
sixty two ( 162 ) feet , eleven and one-fourth ( 11- 1/ 4 )
inches to the place of beginning .
From R- 0 , Residential-Office District , to C - 2 , Thorough-
fare Commercial District. � •_
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the ne -
cessary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed .
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the time provided by law .
