AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF STREET RIGHT-OF-
WAY BY KENNETH W . LAZENBY AND IRENE LAZENBY ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the Board of Directors hereby accepts
and confirms the dedication of street right -of-way by Kenneth
W . Lazenby and Irene Lazenby . A copy of said dedication ,
marked Exhibit "A " , is attached hereto and made a part hereof .

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS . '
That - the undersigned grantors for the consideration of
One Dollar ( $ 3. . 00 ) and other good and valuable consideration
to diem in hand paid by the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a
municipal corporation , the grantee , the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged , does hereby grant , bargain , sell and convey to
the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , . a municipal ,corporation ,
a perpetual easement for the purpose of constructing , maintaining ,
repairing and replacing a public street and utility lines , to-
wit :
o-wit :
Five ( 5 ) feet of equal and uniform width off the West
side of part of the SE/4 of the NE/4 of Section 19 ,
Township 16 North , Range 30 West described as follows :
Beginning at a point which lies South 768 . 96 feet and
South 891 35 ' East 264 feet from the Northwest corner
of said forty acre tract and running thence South 225
feet ; thence North 891 35 ' West 166 . 3 feet to the East
right- of-way of a forty .foot street ; thence North 30 48 '
Tc. est with East right-of -way 498 . 4 feet ; thence South 890
35 ' East 199 . 3 feet ; thence South 272 feet to the point
of beginning , containing 2 . 086 acres , more or less .
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said premises to said grantee , the
City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , for .the uses -and purposes hereinbefore
described .
