PROHIBIT THEOBSTRUCTIONOF VISIBILITY AT INTERSECTIO13S �jN
NON-RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Article 8 of Ordinance Number 1747 (Ap -
pendix "A" to the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances ) is hereby
amended by adding Section 1 . 1 to read as follows :
1 . 1 . Visibility at intersections in non-residential
districts . On a corner lot in any non-residential district ,
nothing shall be erected , placed , planted or allowed to
grow , and no motor vehicle or mobile home shall be parked
in a manner as to materially impede vision between a
height of two and one-half feet and ten feet above the
center line grades of the intersecting streets in the area
bounded by the street lines of such corner lots and a
line adjoining points along said street lines ten feet
from the point of the intersection ; provided , this
restriction shall not be applicable to a corner lot
located in a C- 4 zoning district .
Section 2 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after the time provided by law .
