AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE LARGE SCALE DEVELOPMENT PLAN
OF ALAN BEAUCHAMP FOR PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH OF OLD WIRE ROAD
AND WEST OF ARKANSAS STATE HIGHWAY 265 NORTH ; AND ACCEPTING AND
CONFIRMING THE DEDICATION OF STREET RIGHT OF WAY .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 , That the large scale development plan of
IX
Alan Beauchamp for property located North of Old Wire Road
and West of Arkansas State Highway 265 North be , and the same
V is hereby , approved contingent upon :
( a ) Relocation of the proposed cul de sac so that
it would be moved off the existing high pressure gas
line ;
(b ) The provision of City water in a manner approved
by the City Engineer .
Section 2 . That the dedication of ten feet of street
right-of-way along Old Wire Road by the developer be , and the
same is hereby , accepted and confirmed . A copy of said dedi-
cation , marked Exhibit " A " , is attached hereto and made a part
hereof .

corner of said 40 acre tract , and running thence North 00
45 ' 06 " West 976 feet to the center of the creek ; thence
Southeasterly along the meandering of the creek to the South
line of said Section ; thence North 89 ° 45 ' 37 " West to the
point of beginning , containing 10 . 7 acres , more or less .
Also , all that part of the West Half of the West Half of
the Northwest Quarter of Section 31 lying North of the Old
Wire Road , except the following described tract : Beginning
at a point on the North right of way line of the Old Wire
