BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF ✓
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Section 1 of Ordinance 2011 is hereby
amended to read as follows :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the
following described property be , and the same is hereby
changed as follows :
R74 - 7 described as follows :
Part of the Northwest Quarter (NW- 1/ 4 ) of the
Northeast Quarter (NE- 1/ 4 ) of Section 28 , Township
16 North , Range 30 West , being more particularly
described as follows , to-wit : Beginning at a point
on the East right of way of U . S . Highway 71 , which
is 304 . 79 feet East and 783 . 77 feet South of the
Northwest corner of said forty acre tract and running
thence East 308 . 0 feet ; thence North 19 degrees 30
minutes East 140 feet ; thence North 81 degrees 11
minutes 30 seconds West 290 . 39 feet ; thence South 21
degrees West 189 . 0 feet to the point of beginning ,
containing 1 . 13 acres , more or less .
From R- 1 , Low Density Residential District , to C- 2 Thorough-
fare , Commercial District .
Section 2 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the time provided by law .
