BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ,
Section 1 . That Article 11 Section C of Ordinance 1747
(Appendix " C " to the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances ) is hereby
amended to read as follows :
Sec . C . Jurisdiction .
The territorial jurisdiction of these regulations
shall include all land lying within the corporate limits
of the City of Fayetteville and all lands lying within
the approved planning area of the City of Fayetteville
as designated on the amended planning area map adopted
August 20 , 1974 .
Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed .
