PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby changed as follows :
R75- 29 described as follows :
800 feet of equal and uniform width off that portion of
the following described property lying West of the West
right-of-way line of Arkansas State Highway 265 , more
particularly described as follows : that part of the SW- 1/ 4 ,
NW- 1/ 4 of Section 30 , Township 17 North , Range 29 West ;
and that part of NW- 1/ 4 , SW- 1/ 4 of Section 30 , Township
17 North , Range 29 West that lie North of Mud Creek .
From A- 1 , Agricultural District , and C - 1 , Neighbornood
Commercial District , to R- 0 , Residential Office District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the ne -
cessary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed .
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the time provided by law .
