AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF STREET RIGHT-OF -
WAY ON DUNN STREET ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
That the Board of Directors hereby accepts and confirms
the dedication of street right-of -way on Dunn Street by the
United States of America . A copy of said dedication , marked
Exhibit "A " , is attached hereto and made a part hereof .

QUITCLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE made this 21st day of November 1975 between the
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, acting by and through the ADMINISTRATOR OF VETERANS
AFFAIRS, under and pursuant to the powers and authority contained in the provisions of 40 United
States Code 345c (74 Stat. 363), as amended, and regulations and orders promulgated thereunder,
hereinafter called the "Grantor" and the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas ,
hereinafter called the "Grantee."
WITNESSETH
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR- - - - - - - - - - - -
and no/100 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Dollar; ($ 1 . 00 ).
lawful money of the United States, paid by Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does
hereby convey and quitclaim unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns, without representation or
warranty, express or implied, for street widening purposes, the following described property :
All - that piece , part and parcel of land situate , lying , and being
in the City of Fayetteville , County of Washington , State of Arkansas ,
lying in the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and a part
of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 21 ,
T - 16 -N , R- 30 -W , and being more particularly described -as - follows , -
to Wit : Beginning at a point on the West right of way of Dunn Street
as now exists , said point being S 880161E 56 . 76 feet from the
Southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
and running thence N 010221E , along the existing right of way of Dunn
' Street , 441 , 30 feet , to an existing buried monument ; thence N 880441W9
along the South right of way of National Street 17 . 6 feet ; thence
S 01 221W paralleling 'an existing rock wall 181-. 76 feet ; thence
S 00331E 381 . 55 £ eet• to a point which is 12 . 06 feet East of a
certain , existing rock wall - corner ; thence S 880451E 4 , 0 feet ,
to the existing West right of way of Dunn Street ; thence N 010451E
121 , 851feet to the point of beginning , consisting of approximately
0 . 13 acre , and as , £urther depicted on Exhibit " A11 attached , /

SUBJECT to any and all existing reservations and easements, recorded and unrecorded, for
public highways, roads, railroads, pipelines, drainage, sewer mains and lines, and public utilities, if any.

RESERVING unto the Grantor and its successors and assigns, all existing, proposed, or other
property rights in any utilities that may be on or traverse the above-described land.'
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above -described premises with all the privileges and
appurtenanoes-thereunto belonging; unto-the said Grantee, its successors and-assigns,- forever. . -
The Grantee does by the acceptance of this Quitclaim Deed, covenant for itself, its successors
and assigns, and every successor in interest to the property hereby conveyed, or any part thereof, that the
said Grantee and such successors and assigns, shall not discriminate upon the basis of race, color, or
national origin in the use, occupancy, sale, or lease of the property, or in their employment practices
conducted thereon. The United States of America shall be deemed a beneficiary of this covenant without
regard to whether it remains the owner of any land or interest therein in the locality of the property
hereby conveyed, and shall have the sole right to enforce this covenant in any court of competent
jurisdiction .
The Grantee does also, by the acceptance of this Quitclaim Deed, covenant for itself, its
successor; and assigns, to replace, repair, restore, or relocate any property of the Grantor affected or
damaged directly or indirectly b the street widening project to the satisfaction of Superintendent .

Veterans Affairs, has hereunto subscribed its name and affixed the seal of the Veterans Administration
