AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE LARGE SCALE DEVELOPMENT PLAN
OF ASSOCIATED PRODUCE FOR PROPERTY ON THE EAST SIDE OF HIGHWAY
71 NORTH EAST OF THE INTERSECTION OF SAID HIGHWAY WITH MAIN
STREET/JOHNSON ROAD AND SOUTH OF COLLIER ' S WESTERN STORE ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the Board of Directors hereby approves
the large scale development plan of Associated Produce for
property on the East side of Highway 71 North East of the
intersection of said highway with Main Street/Johnson Road
and South of Collier ' s Western Store .
Section 2 . That the approval granted hereby is conditioned
upon the developer complying with Section 18 - 13 ( d ) of the Fayette -
ville Code of Ordinances .
