AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE LARGE SCALE DEVELOPMENT PLAN
OF FAYETTEVILLE PUBLIC SCHOOLS FOR A GYMNASIUM AT WOODLAND
JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL ; AND ACCEPTING AND CONFIRMING THE DEDICATION
OF STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY CONTAINED THEREIN .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the Directors hereby approves the large
scale development plan of the Fayetteville Public Schools for
a gymnasium at Woodland Junior High School .
Section 2 . That the approval granted hereby is conditioned
upon :
( a ) The developer dedicating five ( 5 ) feet of additional
street right-of-way on Woodland , which dedication is hereby
accepted and confirmed .
( b ) The developer providing the Planning Administrator
with a plat showing the parking provisions for all of
Woodland Junior High School .
( c ) The developer making provisions to alleviate the
existing drainage problem on the premises , said provisions
to be approved by the City Manager .

to them in hand paid by the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas ,
a municipal corporation , the grantee , the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged , does hereby grant , bargain , sell and .
convey to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a municipal
corporation , a perpetual easement for the purpose of con -
structing , maintaining , repairing and replacing a public
street and utility lines , to-wit :
Five ( 5 ) feet of equal and uniform width along the
West side of the following described property :
Lots 5 , 61 7 , 81 9 , 10 , 11 , and 12 , Block 6 , Green ;
Valley Addition to the City of Fayetteville , . Arkansas ,
as per plat of said addition on file in the • Office of . .
the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Offici( Retarder of Washington
County , Arkansas .
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said premises to said grantee , the .
City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , for the uses and purposes
hereinbefore described .
