VILLE , ARKANSAS , DESCRIBED IN REZONING PETITION R M� WLKING
THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ; CAD4FOE{ I�ITHER
PURPOSES . /
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby changed as follows :
Petition No . R75 - 25 described as follows :
Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
of Section 34 , Township 17 North , Range 30 West , and
being more particularly described as follows : Beginning
at a point which is one hundred five ( 105 ) feet West and
seventy- five and eight-tenths ( 75 . 8 ) feet North of the
Southeast corner of said Section 34 , and running thence
North three hundred fifty-eight and six-tenths ( 358 . 6 )
feet ; thence North 820 West one hundred eighty-eight and
thirty- four hundredths ( 188 . 34 ) feet ; thence South three
hundred ninety-three and seven-tenths ( 393 . 7 ) feet to
the North right of way of Township Street ; thence North
871 15 ' East along said North right of way one hundred
eighty- seven and seven-tenths ( 187 . 7 ) feet to the point
of beginning , containing one and six-tenths ( 1 . 6 ) acres ,
more or less .
From A- 1 , Agricultural District , to C- 2 , Thoroughfare
Commercial District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the ne -
cessary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed .
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the time provided by law .
