FORMATION OF AN IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT TO IMPROVE CLINE;I1AVEN19E .
WHEREAS , parties claiming to be the owners of a majority
in assessed value of the real property located in the corporate
limits of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , as described in
Exhibit " A " , attached hereto , have filed a petition praying
that an improvement district be established for the purpose of
improving Cline Avenue ; and
WHEREAS , after due notice as required by law , the Board
of Directors of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas has heard
all persons desiring to be heard on the question of the sufficiency
of the petition .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
That the petition filed with the City Clerk on October
10 , 1975 requesting the formation of an improvement district
for the purpose of improving Cline Avenue does not contain the
signatures of the owners of a majority in assessed value of the
real property within the proposed district as required by law .
