AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE LARGE SCALE DEVELOPMENT PLAN
OF J . Be HAYS AND JIM LINDSEY FOR A WESTERN SIZZLIN ' STEAKHOUSE
LOCATED AT 2890 NORTH COLLEGE AVENUE .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
That the large scale development plan of J . Be Hays and
Jim Lindsey for a Western Sizzlin ' Steakhouse located at 2890
North College Avenue be , and the same is hereby , approved ,
subject to the following conditions :
1 . That the developers satisfy the City Sanitation Superin-
tendent regarding the provision of a garbage truck turn around
area ;
2 . That the developers satisfy the City Street Superin-
tendent regarding the provisions of drain water catch basins ;
and
3 . That provisions be made for stabilizing the hillside
to the East of the proposed building .
