AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SIZE RESTRICTIONS FOR (,WA�,L rr ��1Err
SIGNS PRESCRIBED BY SECTION 17B - 11 ( b ) ( 2 ) ( b ) OF THE FAYETTEVILL'E
CODE OF ORDINANCES ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Section 17B - 11 ( b ) ( 2 ) (b ) of the Fayetteville
Code of ordinances is hereby amended to read as follows :
(b ) Display surface area shall not exceed 150
square feet , or 208 of the area of the wall ,
whichever is greater .
Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed .
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after the time provided by law .
