AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY IN THE C Ytpp ,�FAYETfE -
VILLE , ARKANSAS , DESCRIBED IN REZONING PETITION R7,k.� ;4 ; OAMENDING
THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ; iAND ;)FORF&HER
PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby changed as follows :
R75- 19 described as follows :
A part of the fractional Southwest Quarter of the North-
west Quarter of Section 30 , Township 17 North , Range 29
West , being more particularly described as follows , to-
wit : Beginning at the intersection of the North line of
said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and the
West right of way line of State Highway 265 , said point
being S 89 ° 39 ' W 183 . 11 feet from the Northeast Corner of
said fractional forty acre tract and running thence S 890
39 ' West along the North line of said fractional forty acre
tract a distance of 300 feet ; thence South a distance of
308 . 74 feet ; thence N 89 ° 30 ' East a distance of 351 . 27
feet to the West right of way of State Highway 265 ; thence
Northward following the West right of way of State Highway
265 the following bearings and distances ; N 00 ° 34 ' East
36 . 16 feet ; N 05 ° 47 ' West 82 . 82 feet , N 110 54 ' West 101 . 12
feet , N 130 54 ' West 93 . 50 feet to the point of beginning .
Containing 2 . 36 acres , more or less . Subject to that portion
contained in existing county road right of way on the North
side of above described tract .
From A- 1 , Agricultural District to C -1 , Neighborhood
Commercial District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the ne -
cessary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed .
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the time provided by law .
