AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MASTER STREET PLAN OF E cITYRi<
OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS TO REFLECT THE EXISTING RIGHT-OF -
WAY OF 55 FEET FOR PORTIONS OF BLOCK , EAST , CENTER AND MOUNTAIN
STREETS ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the Master Street Plan of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas is hereby amended to reflect a 55 foot
right-of-way for the following streets :
Block Avenue from Mountain to Meadow .
East Avenue from Mountain to Meadow.
Center Street from College to Church .
Mountain Street from College to Church .
Section 2 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after the time provided by law .
