AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE LARGE SCALE DEVELOPMENT PLAN
OF OZARK BOWLING LANES FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2300 NORTH COLLEGE
AVENUE ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the large scale development plan of Ozark
Bowling Lanes for property located at 2300 North College Avenue
be , and the same is hereby , approved .
Section 2 . That this ordinance shall be null and void
in the event Ozark Bowling Lanes does not obtain a variance
from the Fayetteville Board of Adjustment from the parking re -
quirements of the City ' s zoning ordinance , or otherwise comply
with said requirements .
