AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MASTER STREET PLAN BY DECREASING
THE RIGHT OF WAY FOR CLEBURNE STREET FROM ITS INTERSECTION WITH
VANDEVENTER AVENUE TO ITS INTERSECTION WITH GREGG AVENUE .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the master street plan of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , is hereby amended to reflect that the
right of way for Cleburne Street between its intersection with
Vandeventer Avenue and its intersection with Gregg Avenue shall
be forty ( 40 ) feet .
