BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Section 21- 26 of the Fayetteville Code of
Ordinances is hereby amended by adding subsection ( f ) to read as
follows :
( f ) Monthly wholesale sewage rate for the Cities of
Greenland , Farmington and Elkins . The monthly wholesale sewage
rate for the Cities of Greenland and Farmington shall be $ 0 . 65
per 1 , 000 gallons . The monthly wholesale sewage rate for the
City of Elkins shall be $ 0 . 50 per 1, 000 gallons .
Section 2 . That Section 21-26 of the Fayetteville Code of
Ordinances is hereby amended by adding subsection (g ) to read as
follows :
(g ) Monthly sewer rate for customers located outside
the city limits . The monthly sewer rate for customers located
outside the city limits shall be $ 1 . 35 per 1 , 000 gallons .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed .
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the time provided by w .
