ORDINANCE NO . ' a/39
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF SHADOW HILLS SUB-
DIVISION AND ACCEPTING AND CONFIRMING THE DEDICATION OF STREET
AND UTILITY EASEMENTS CONTAINED THEREIN .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the final plat of Shadow Hills Subdivision
located on Old Wire Road across from its intersection with Old
Missouri Road be , and the same is hereby , approved .
Section 2 . That the dedication of street and utility easements
shown on said plat are hereby accepted and confirmed .
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 19th DAY OF AUGUST , 1975 .
