ORDINANCE NO . ' /3(o F,�MARKANSCOUNTY
CIRCUI OIL ERKER
AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF FAYETTE-
VILLE , ARKANSAS , DESCRIBED IN REZONING PETITION R75- 17 ; AMENDING
THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby changed as follows :
R75- 17 described as follows :
All of Lots 1 , 2 , and 3 , Block 7 , Country Club Addition
to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , and that part of
Lot 4 , Block 7 , Country Club Addition to the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , described as follows : Beginning
at the Northeast corner of said Lot 4 , thence Southerly
along the East line of said Lot 4 to a point 22 feet South
of the NE corner of said lot , thence Westeily to a point
on the East right-of-way of U . S . Highway 71 which is 7
feet South of the Northwest corner of said Lot 4 , thence
Northerly along said highway right-of-way to the North-
west corner of said Lot 4 , thence Easterly to the point
of beginning .
From R- 1 , Low Density Residential District , to C - 2 ,
Thoroughfare Commercial District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the ne-
cessary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed .
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the time provided by law .
