AN ORDINANCE DISSOLVING FAYETTEVILLE STREET IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NUMBER' 46 AND DISCHARGING THE COMMISSIONERS THEREOF
FROM ANY FURTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Fayetteville Street Improvement District
Number 46 be , and the same is hereby. dissolved .
Section 2 . That the Commissioners of Fayetteville Street
Improvement District Number 46 are hereby discharged of any further
duties and responsibilities .
