AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE LARGE SCALE DEVELOPMENT PLAN
OF GENERAL GROWTH PROPERTIES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SHONEY ' S
RESTAURANT NORTH OF NORTHWEST ARKANSAS PLAZA ; ACCEPTING AND
CONFIRMING THE DEDICATION OF STREET AND UTILITY EASEMENTS ; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the large scale development plan of General
Growth Properties for the construction of a Shoney ' s Restaurant
on property located North of Northwest Arkansas Plaza be , and the
same is hereby , approved .
Section 2 . That the dedication of street and utility ease -
ments on said plan are hereby accepted and confirmed .
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the time provided by law .
