AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE LARGE SCALE DEVELOPMENT PLAN
OF RALPH FREEMAN AND CHARLES PALMER FOR PROPERTY LOCATED WEST
OF LEVERETT AVENUE AND SOUTH OF SYCAMORE STREET ; AND ACCEPTING
AND CONFIRMING THE DEDICATION OF STREET AND UTILITY EASEMENTS
CONTAINED THEREIN .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the large scale development plan of Ralph
Freeman and Charles Palmer for property located West of Leverett
Avenue and South of Sycamore Street is hereby approved .
Section 2 . That the dedication of street and utility
easements contained in the aforesaid large scale development
plan are hereby accepted and confirmed .
