AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8 OF ORDINANCE NUMfie' COUNTY
TO REQUIRE A FILING FEE OF $ 25 , 00 FOR APPEALS TO THE B% LMEYER
SIGN APPEALS , CIRCUIT CLERK
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That sub-paragraph ( 3 ) of Section 8 of Ordinance
Number 2109 is hereby amended to read as follows :
( 3 ) Appeals . Appeals to the Board may be taken
by any person affected by any decision of the Building
Inspector . Such appeal must be taken within thirty ( 30 )
days from the adverse decision of the Building Inspector ,
by filing with the Building Inspector a notice of appeal
specifying the grounds therefor . A filing fee of $ 25 . 00
shall be required for all appeals . Upon filing of notice
of appeal and payment of the filing fee required hereby ,
the Building Inspector shall forthwith transmit to the
Board all the papers constituting the record upon which
the action appealed from is taken ,
Section 2 , That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the time provided by law ,
