THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby changed as follows :
R- 75- 11 described as follows :
A part of the SE- 1/4 , SE- 1/4 , Section. 34 and a part
of the SW- 1/ 4 , SW- 1/4 , Section 35 all being in Township
17 North , Range 30 West , being more particularly de-
scribed as follows , to-wit : Beginning at a point in
the center of an existing road which is 517 . 89 feet West
and North 794 . 88 feet from the SE corner of said Section
34 and running thence South 170 06 ' East 169 . 57 feet to
an existing fence ; thence South 420 26 ' East along existing
fence , 262 . 51 feet ; thence South 830 18 ' East along ex-
isting fence , 1007 . 28 feet to an existing corner post ;
thence North 040 26 ' West 309 . 3 feet to the centerline
of an existing road ; thence North 040 21 ' East to and
along an existing fence 303 . 23 feet ; thence North 820
40 ' West 1381 . 53 feet ; thence South 260 50 ' East 169 . 37
feet ; thence South 220 30 ' East 175 . 87 feet to the point
of beginning , containing 17 . 05 acres , more or less .
From A- 1 , Agricultural District to R- 0 , Residential-
Office District ,
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the ne -
cessary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed .
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the time provided by law .
