AN ORDINANCE DISSOLVING FAYETTEVILLE SEWER Ig9 WSU"Y
DISTRICT NUMBER 2 , ALMA KOLLMEYER
CIRCUIT CLERK
WHREREAS , by Ordinance 1063 adopted May- 3 , 1954 , the City
Council of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , established Sewer
Improvement District Number 2 for the purpose of constructing
a system of sanitary sewers to serve the West Half of the North-
east Quarter of Section 17 , Township 16 North , Range 30 West in
the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas ; and
WHEREAS , said sanitary sewers have been constructed , the
bonded indebtedness of the district has been retired , the final
audit by the Commissioners has been approved and the Commissioners
discharged , and the surplus funds of the district refunded to the
property owners within the district pursuant to order of the
Washington County Chancery Court entered January 14 , 1975 .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITYkOF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
That Fayetteville Sewer Improvement District be , and the
same is hereby , dissolved .
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS DAY OF ,
1975 .
