AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE LARGE SCALE DEVELOPMENT PLAN
OF UPCHURCH ELECTRICAL SUPPLY COMPANY , INC . , FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 2355 NORTH GREGG AVENUE .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the large scale development plan of Up-
church Electrical Supply Company , Inc . , for property located at
2355 North Gregg Avenue be , and the same is hereby , approved .
Section 2 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after the time provided by law .
