CIRCUIT CLERK
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AND CONFIRMING THE DEDICATION OF
STREET AND UTILITY EASEMENTS BY ROY FAUBUS AND BEULAH FAUBUS
AND BY WEST-ARK REAL ESTATE AND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the dedication of a street and utility
easement by Roy Faubus and Beulah Faubus , which easement is
' attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made apart hereof ,
for property along Moore Lane , is hereby accepted and confirmed .

Section 2 . That the dedication of street and utility
easements by West-Ark Real Estate and Development Company , which
, easements are attached hereto marked Exhibits " B " and " C " ,
, for property along Moore Lane , are hereby accepted and confirmed .
Section 3 . That the aforesaid easements are hereby declared
to be public easements , and the City of Fayetteville hereby
assumes the care , control and jurisdiction of same .
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the time provided by lalw ,,

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS :
That the undersigned grantors for the consideration of
One Dollar and other good and valuable consideration to them
paid by the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a municipal corporation ,
the grantee , the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged , does
hereby grant , bargain , sell and convey to the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas , a municipal corporation , a perpetual easement for
the purpose of constructing , maintaining , repairing and replacing
a public street and public utility 'Lines , to-wit :
Twenty - five feet of equal and uniform width
along the North side and twenty - five feet of
equal and uniform width along the West side
of the following described property : A part
of the SE quarter of the SW quarter of Section
33 , T17N , R30W , and being more particularly
described as follows , to-wit : Beginning at a
point which is 331 . 28 feet East and 833 . 88 feet
North of the SW corner of said forty acre tract

feet ; thence South 89 degrees 45 ' East 275 . 54
