AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE LARGE SCALE DEVELOPMENT PLAN
OF MCILROY BANK FOR PROPERTY LOCATED WEST OF GARLAND AVENUE
AND NORTH OF WEDINGTON DRIVE ; AND ACCEPTING AND CONFIRMING
THE DEDICATION OF STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY AND UTILITY EASEMENT
CONTAINED THEREIN .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the large scale development plan of
McIlroy Bank for property located West of Garland Avenue
and North of Wedington Drive be , and the same is hereby ,
approved .
Section 2 . That the dedication of street right-of-way
and utility easements shown in said large scale development plan
are hereby accepted and confirmed and the Board of Directors
hereby assumes the care , control , and jurisdiction of same .
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after the time providedbylaw .
