AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 2095 ; TO PROVIDE
A PROVISION FOR SEVERABILITY .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Ordinance Number 2095 is hereby amended
by adding Section 8 to read as follows :
Section 8 . Should any section of this ordinance be
declared by the courts to be unconstitutional or invalid ,
such decision shall not affect the validity of the ordinance
as a whole , but shall affect only that section so declared
to be unconstitutional or invalid .
Section 2 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the time provided by law .
