SECTION VIII ( B ) ) ; BY ADDING USE UNIT 12 - -OFFICES , STUDIOS , AND
RELATft SERVICES , AND USE UNIT 25 - -PROFESSIONAL OFFICES AS PERMITTED
USES IN I - 1 ZONING DISTRICTS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Ordinance NO . 1747 , Article 5 , Section VIII ,
( B ) is hereby amended by adding. the following :
Unit 12 - -OFFICES , STUDIOS AND RELATED SERVICES
Unit 25- -PROFESSIONAL OFFICES
Section 2 . That all ordinances , and parts of ordinances ,
in conflict herewith , are hereby repealed .
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after the time provided by law .
