AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY IN THE CITY CVCt'� T ' R
VILLE , ARKANSAS , DESCRIBED IN REZONING PETITION R-75 - 6 ; AMENDI G
THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby , changed as follows :
R- 75 - 6 described as follows :
' Part of the SPI,- 1/ 4 of the NE - 1/4 of Section 7 , Township
16 North , Range 30 West , described as follows : Beginning
at the Southwest corner of said 40 acre tract , and running
thence North 610 feet ; thence East 110 feet or to the
center of a branch as it now runs ; thence in a South-
easterly direction with the enter of said branch 611
feet or to the South line of said 40 acre tract , said
point being the center of a bridge as same is now lo -
cated , which point is 156 feet East of the point of
beginning ; thence West 156 feet to the point of beginning ,
containing 2 acres , more or less .
From R- 1 , Low Density Residential District , to R- 2 ,
Medium Density Residential District ,
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be , and is hereby , amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the ne -
cessary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed .
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the time provided by law .
