AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE LARGE SCALE DEVELOPMENT PLAN
OF DR . J . B . HAYS FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2844 NORTH COLLEGE
AVENUE ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the large scale development plan of
Dr . J . B . Hays for property located at 2844 North College
Avenue be , and the same is hereby , approved .
Section 2 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the time provided by law .
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 1411- DAY OF
1975 .
