AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , DESCRIBED IN REZONING PETZTIOWY ,'! COUNTY
R- 75 - 5 ; AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF FAYETTVILtiE ;,,,s.� _ �
ARKANSAS ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES C' I
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ,
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby , changed as follows :
R- 75 - 5 described as follows :
Part of the SE- 1/ 4 , SE- 1/4 , Section 34 , T - 17 -N , R- 30 -W ,
and a part of the E - 1/2 , Fractional NE- 1/4 , Section 4 ,
T- 16 -N , R- 30 -W , 5th P . M . , all bounded and described as
follows : Beginning at an Iron Pin at a point where
the centerline of the public road intersects the East
line of the right of way of the St . Louis- San Francisco
Railway , which point is 33 rods and 10 feet West and
34 . 35 feet North of the SE corner of said Section 34 ,
and running thence N . 871 41 ' E with the center of
the public road , 300 . 0 feet , to an iron pin set in
the center of said public road ; thence South 382 . 31
feet ; thence West 352 . 0 feet to the East line of the
aforesaid railway right of way ; thence in a Northerly
direction with the East line of said railway right of
way to the point of eginning , containing 2 . 79 acres
more or less . LESS AND EXCEPT the West 80 feet of the
above described property , deeded to the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas ,
From I - 1 , Heavy Commercial and Light Industrial District ,
to C - 2 , Thoroughfare Commercial District .
Section 2 : That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be , and is hereby , amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the ne -
cessary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed .
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the time provided by law . 1
