AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM THE LARGE SCALE
DEVELOPMENT PLAN OF , C . O . HAMMOND FOR A PORTION OF BLOCK
TWELVE OF PARKSDALE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE ,
ARKANSAS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby
accepts and confirms the large scale development plan of C . O .
Hammond for a portion of Block Twelve ( 12 ) of Parksdale Addition
to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , for the purpose of re-
pairing and remodeling mobile homes , provided no more than 2
mobile homes shall be located on the property at any one time .
Section 2 . That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the time provided by law .
