AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE REPLAT OF BLOCK 1r6F1'SWE'ETBRIAR
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ; AND ACCEPTING
AND CONFIRMING THE DEDICATION OF UTILITY EASEMENTS THEREIN ; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS , there has been presented to the Board of Directors
of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a plat known as the
final plat of a replat of Block 1 of Sweetbriar Addition in which
the owner has dedicated for public use utility easements shown
upon said plat ; and
WHEREAS , the Planning Commission of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas , has recommended acceptance of said plat .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby
accepts and confirms the final plat of a replat of Block 1 of
Sweetbriar Addition .
Section 2 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby
accepts and confirms the dedication of utility easements shown
upon said plat and declares said easements to be public easements ;
and the Board of Directors hereby assumes the care , control , and
jurisdiction of same .
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after the time provided by law .
