WHEREAS , Roy Faubus and Beulah Faubus , husband and wife , have offered to dedicate to the City a certain street and utility easement ; and WHEREAS , the Board of Directors has determined that the acceptance of said offer would be in the best interests of the City . NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS : Section 1 . That the Board of Directors hereby accepts and confirms the street and utility easement attached hereto , marked Exhibit " A" , and made a part hereof . Section 2 . That the Board of Directors hereby declares said street and utility easement to be a public easement and the Board of Directors hereby assumes the care , control , and jurisdiction of same . Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the time provided by law . PASSED AND APPROVED THIS DAY OF , 1975 .
