AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE GENERAL LAND USE {PLAN OFeZTHE ' CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , FOR PROPERTY LYING WEST OF 'RAZORBACK
ROAD , NORTH OF HOTZ DRIVE , AND SOUTH OF CLEVELAND STREET .
WHEREAS , a public hearing on a proposed amendment to the
General Land Use Plan of the City was held by the Fayetteville
Planning Commission on Tuesday , January 14 , 1975 , fifteen
days after a notice thereof was published as required by law ;
and
WHEREAS , after said public hearing , the .Fayetteville Planning
Commission voted to recommend to the Fayetteville Board of Directors
an amendment to the General Land Use Plan for the area lying
West of Razorback Road , North of Hotz Drive , and South of Cleveland
Street ,
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the General Land Use Plan of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be , and the same is hereby , amended as
shown on the plat attached hereto , marked Exhibit " A" , and made
a part hereof to show " low density residential " for the area lying
between Razorback Road and Oliver Avenue and between Hotz Drive
and Cleveland Street ,
Section 2 . That all ordinances and resolutions , or parts
thereof , in conflict herewith are hereby repealed .
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in fiullforce and
effect frau and after the time provided by law.
