AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MASTER STREET PLAN FORTHAT' PORTION
OF EAST AVENUE BETWEEN DICKSON STREET AND MOUNTAIN STREET .
WHEREAS , Ark , Stat . 19 - 2830 ( 5 ) b authorizes the Board - lof
Directors to amend the City ' s master street plan by a majority
vote of the Board ; and
WHEREAS , the Board of Directors has determined that the master
street plan for that portion of East Avenue between Dickson Street
and Mountain Street should be amended to reflect a 55 foot right-
of-way rather than a 60 foot right-6f-way .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the master street plan for that portion
of East Avenue between Dickson Street and Center Street be ,
and the same is hereby , amended to reflect a 55 foot right-of-way ,
rather than a 60 foot right-of-way .
Section 2 . That all ordinances and resolutions , or parts
thereof , in conflict herewith are hereby repealed .
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the time provided by law . n
